Bought really a lot. Usually in stores, but online too. My signature lipstick is from here and everyone tell me I'm like a goddess with it. Such a pity they don't have it anymore!
Worse customer service I have EVER had!! They do not even respond to all their messages! They must think they are above everyone and do not need the customers!! I’d rather pay more money for another company that values their customer experience!

I bought Nyx Epic wear eye liner stick which is great until you have to sharpen it. The website suggests to use any large hole sharper but that didn’t work and I am left with blunt nib with sharp edges!!!!!!
I’ve bought lots of liquid eyeliners over the years - some very expensive ones and some less, but I have to say that the Epic Ink Liner from NYX is the BEST I have ever had that I felt I had to write a review. I bought mine in Boots so can’t comment on customer service but the eyeliner is my new must have!
The item sucks! I read reviews on how great the product is. Just to find out it sucks. I read that most of the reviewers received the product free and that’s why the great reviews. Just cause you get it fir free they give good money d reviews. The company is giving them free products for good reviews. How honest is that? They suck! Can’t believe anything ppl says just cause they get free products. Shame on you!
I've made quite a few purchases from Nyx over the last few months and have been pleased I'd had relatively few complaints other than slow shipping. About a month ago I ordered a few lipsticks. When I received the package one of the tubes was missing. I reached out to customer service and they sent out a replacement. Shipping was still slow but I finally got it. So I ordered a foundation and was sent the wrong shade. I thought it was possible I accidentally ordered the wrong shade so reluctantly ordered again. Almost 3 weeks later I finally get the package and they sent me the wrong shade again. I've now spent over $ 40 on products I can't use. I've tried contacting customer service but have received no reply. It definitely will make me think twice before ordering from them again.
I have been using NYX cosmetics for about a year. I have - eyeshadow palette, eyeshadow foundation (my favorite!), Concealer, matte lipstick, powder and blush.
Immediately advertising the foundation for the eyeshadow - be sure to try it. All my adult life I was dissatisfied with the fact that the shadows rolled down after a while. And it does not matter, expensive shadows, high quality or vice versa. The result is the same, with a time difference. After getting to know the base for the shadows, NYX was honestly in a pleasant shock.
The concealer and powder are very decent too. The first one even ousted a similar product from my cosmetic bag, but 2 times more expensive.
I not only never received the products I ordered, I got an email confirmation of my order but never received an order number. When I did call, I was told my order was in their system, but no reliable information to let me know I would receive it SOMEDAY. Terrible service, waited forever and now I'll buy what I need elsewhere. It's as if this was a fictitious company. Wasted my time waiting for nothing.
I love NYX makeup - it's affordable and cruelty free. There's such a great range of products to choose from, my favourites are the lip butters and eyeshadows. The website is easy to navigate and you can search for all the products & prices on there, however you cannot buy directly from the website in AU. It directs you to the Priceline website, which is no problem and super easy to use, too.
The quality of the makeup is incredible, especially considering the low prices. Overall, one of my favourite makeup brands.

MATTE PRIMER - BASE PERFECTRICE MATE
This product is too thick and very difficult to squeeze out of the tube and apply on my face. Eventually when I managed to get a little on my finger tip, it is very difficult to apply and it leaves behind a residual of white flaky substance on my face. I would actually like to return this to NYX because I feel this particular product (tube) could have a fault. I have since bought another Primer, which applies like a dream
customer service was so nice and helpful! I asked for a replacement and they sent me another email saying I got a refund for a product I didn't order. I did correct them so they gave me another email with a shipping confirmation. The person who helped me (her name was Dayna) was really sweet but I took a star off because even though I got my package, I was missing one thing but it was only $4 so I didn't trip about it too much.
I ordered products for a christmas gift and it said 12/24 delivery, which was fine. Christmas came and went, New Year's came and went. Following the tracking, my package was shipped to a NJ facility, which should have come to me next, I'm in NY. Nope. It went to LA, back to NJ and I still haven't received it. Customer service can't give me an answer as to why it went to LA. Still "patiently" waiting
Nyx epic ink fineliner is a godsend. I spent 4 hours crying and left it on overnight and it held on as if freshly applied. Highly recommend.
